Fitted with a vacuum hold down bed with a process area of 4000mm x 1200mm this machine is ideal for cutting the larger sheets associated with HVAC production. Of course we also offer machines with wider process areas for use with many imported products that are typically over 1200mm in width.
The unique combination of routing head, for V grooving, and oscillating knife head, for through cutting, results in a machine that is versatile and efficient in cutting HVAC ductboard and all manner of foam and insulation products.
The dual head configuration of our Ductmaker machines means that you can also use them for processing a myriad of other products including acrylics, wood products, aluminium, galvanised sheet metal and composite panels with standard cutting tools. Add an automatic tool change unit and you have a machine to suit your every need.
